Karmik Insurance Brokers Private Limited (“KIBPL”) as a service to its clients/customers, helps/assists its clients/customers, at the time of claim and we use our best efforts in facilitating the claim processing, through our dedicated internal claims team.You would appreciate that any insurance claim, is finally processed and dispersed at the insurance companies end. We are there to assist you and guide you through the right claims process, which will help you at the time of claim.
For any claim-related issue, the policyholder needs to contact us via E-mail/ Calls or they can visit our website and raise the claim request.
Our team will note down all the personal details and claim issues faced by the policyholder. The same would be then forwarded to the Insurer for further action.
The insurer takes action and cross-checks the claim request, and documents received, gives cashless approval, etc.
The Insurer's decision will be informed to the customer and as per the request raised the Service team will guide the customer for further claim settlement.
Any pending dependency from the customer shall be conveyed to him/her and likewise, it will be forwarded to the Insurer again.
When the above procedure is completed, the customer will get notified about the claim approval - cashless approval or reimbursement approval.
